What Families Can Count On

At AIA, families, teachers, and therapists work as one team. Every student is met where they are, supported with consistent routines, and given the individualized structure they need to grow in communication, self-regulation, and confidence, both in school and beyond it.

  • Small class sizes with individualized supports and low student-to-teacher ratios
  • Speech, language, and occupational therapy coordinated on campus
  • Life skills practice woven into every part of the school day
  • Communication, confidence, and self-regulation as core measurable outcomes

Our Culture, Four Core Values

What Guides Everything We Do

Our four core values shape how we teach, how we communicate with families, and how we show up for every student every day. Empathy, Growth, Independence, and Respect are not words on a wall. They are the standard we hold ourselves to.

Interested in Supporting AIA? Your Gift Changes Lives.

AIA is a nonprofit school. Our ability to serve every student who needs us, regardless of what a state scholarship covers, depends on the generosity of donors who believe this work matters. The gap between scholarship funding and actual tuition is real. Your gift closes it. Every contribution goes directly toward keeping a child in the right environment, with the right support, for as long as they need it.
